What does Hafnium Zirconium Molybdenum(ZHM alloy) used for ?

Hafnium Zirconium Molybdenum Applications:

ZHM alloy mainly processed into ingots was built, as superalloy powder isothermal forging die.

Molybdenum Alloy Applications:
Titanium zirconium molybdenum(TZM) is widely used in aviation, aerospace industry, such as: materials used for the nozzle, buried pipes and electronic tubes and so on. TZM alloy also is applied to semiconductor products and medical field,for example, the cathode assembles in X-ray target. TZM alloy can also be used as heating elements in high-temperature furnace, heat shield, light alloy forging etc.

Molybdenum lanthanum alloy(MOLA) can be used in illumination, electric vacuum device, tube component element in cathode-ray pipe, power semiconductor device, tool for manufacturing glass and glass fiber, internal part in light bulbs, high temperature heat shield, annealing Filament and Electrode, high temperature container and component in microwave magnetron.

Molybdenum rhenium alloy can be used as high-speed rotating X-ray tube, core heat pipes in space reactor, furnaces heating. Then tensile strength, ductility, electrical resistivity of Molybdenum Rhenium Alloy are increasing with the increasing of rhenium content.

Molybdenum tungsten alloy can be used as mixers, pipes, containers and other components in zinc industry.

ZHM alloy, not only has excellent properties with above-mentioned molybdenum alloy and its room-temperature tensile strength is higher than TZM molybdenum alloy of approximately 40% to 50% and it t is the highest intensity molybdenum alloy. ZHM alloy will be another super alloy in the future.
